Make a difference

For over two decades members of CCAT have dedicated themselves to the betterment of Cheshire and the larger Canandaigua community. Everything we have done and will continue to do is rooted in community — the people that live here, the businesses that operate here, and the future potential that makes our hamlet such a special place. Each year we have seen growth in the number of community members we are able to serve. 

Our 2026 Summer Programming had the largest attendance to date. The Summer Concert series and Hamlet Hootenanny included new acts, events, and family fun which drew new visitors to Cheshire and in turn, helped our local businesses and raised money for The Heart of Cheshire Campaign. 

Funding for the Cheshire Theater and Meeting Hall has also seen multiple generous donations to keep the project moving forward. With your help, this beautiful historic building is on track to once again become a vibrant gathering place for performances, celebrations, youth programs, and community events.

While there is ample progress to celebrate so far, there is still much work to do! Every dollar you give helps directly support our community and those that live, do business, and visit here. All funds will be used to continue provide programming, financial support, and community outreach right here in Cheshire.
